Mobility Services

Wheelchair services

If you need a wheelchair, oxygen, or other assistance, please contact your airline before your flight to arrange services.

Wheelchair attendants may accept tips, but they should not ask for one. If you feel pressured to tip, report the incident here.

Using motorized wheelchairs or scooters

You are welcome to use your motorized wheelchair or scooter throughout all terminals at JFK Airport. Call your airline to find out if you will need to check your device before boarding or to ensure there is space to stow your device in the airplane’s cabin.
