TSA Cares
Visit the TSA Cares websiteTSA Cares is a program that allows passengers to request help going through the TSA screening checkpoint. It also provides information on the screening procedures for those with disabilities, medical conditions, and others who need additional assistance to prepare for the screening process.
If your flight is more than 72 hours away:
- If you need help with the screening process from a Passenger Support Specialist, submit a Request for TSA Cares Assistance opens in a new tab at least 72 hours before your flight.
If your flight is within 72 hours, call or submit a TSA Cares form:
- Submit a TSA Cares form with your travel dates, flight information, and the type of assistance you need. Forms are prioritized by date but may not guarantee assistance.

Accessible restrooms in every terminal
All restrooms and water fountains in our terminals are accessible. These spaces are clean, private, and designed for comfort.
Service animal relief areas
Service Animal Relief Areas (SARAs) are available at all terminals for service animals and pets. These areas include indoor and outdoor spaces with features like artificial grass, sinks, and waste stations to keep things clean and comfortable.
