A new era is taking off at JetBlue's Terminal 5

As the official home of New York’s hometown airline, JetBlue’s award-winning Terminal 5 has always been about making flying fun and easy—from free wi-fi and abundant charging stations, to its post-security outdoor rooftop deck, live entertainment and more.

Please pardon the dust while we roll out a bold, new travel experience—with full completion in 2026.

Every space is getting a makeover—with new amenities for more comfort and convenience.

40+ new shops & dining options.

From iconic NYC bites and buzz-worthy retailers to a mix of global brands.

Park yourself in the T5 Marketplace.

Think greenery, park-like seating, natural light, and a relaxed environment to recharge.

Dine. Shop. Relax.

Dine

T5 lives up to NYC’s foodie reputation—from standout sit-down restaurants for dining and unwinding to your favorite places to grab food on the fly.

Shop

Pick up some last-minute gifts, travel essentials or replace that lost phone charger. Or just stock up on candy. (We won’t judge.)

Relax

Travelers of all ages (including four-legged ones) will feel right at home at T5, where you can people-watch, play, plug in or just unplug.

Play. Work. Lounge. Repeat.

BlueHouse, JetBlue’s new take on the airport lounge, is open 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily, across from gate 526. Mosaic 4 members, JetBlue Premier Cardmembers, and transatlantic Mint travelers can enjoy complimentary entry up to 3 hours before eligible flights (excludes Blue Basic bookings).

Explore art

Terminal 5 is in midst of an art makeover—more to come soon. If you have BlueHouse access, you’ll find the walls (and even the ceilings) adorned by the work of local artists. Pre-security, you can marvel at MCM art, architecture and aviation artifacts at the TWA Hotel, connected to T5 via Eero Saarinen’s iconic flight tubes (a work of art themselves).

The T5 Rooftop & Wooftop Lounge

Get some air before you're up in the air at our post-security outdoor space, complete with places to plug in and a dog walk. Open daily, 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Across from Gate 528).
