Across all of our terminals, Airport Customer Experience Specialists (ACES) are available to assist you with any questions throughout your journey. Each terminal features an Information Center where you can get help with everything from directions to accessibility support.

Global Entry, TSA PreCheck and CLEAR enrollment
JFK offers enrollment services for Global Entry, TSA PreCheck, and CLEAR. CLEAR helps you move through security lines faster, while TSA PreCheck provides a quicker security screening. Global Entry and Mobile Passport Control speed up customs when you return, and Global Entry also includes TSA PreCheck. TSA Touchless is also available for a faster, contact-free experience.
Pre-enroll online before heading to the enrollment center office in Terminal 4 to complete your enrollment.
